The Myoplex Energy Bar is jammed full with carbohydrates (44g in a 65g)! These delicious bars in banana and tropical, have 75% energy from fructose-glucose syrup, rice flour, oat flakes, fructose, sugar and various fruit. At the same time they have only 5.5% fat.

The carbohydrates are the main energy source for your muscles during exercise. The combination of fast and slow carbohydrates provides a fast and continuous energy supply which are an excellent energy source during long and intensive endurance exercises. For example: e.g. cycling, running and evening high intense weight training. They are low acidic for stomach comfort and easy to use at any high or low temperature, with out the classic-sticky unwrapping problem!

Every bar contains 50% RDA of vitamin’s (B-complex) and 50 % RDA of vitamin C and E. The mineral blend is optimised for endurance carb metabolism,such as the added Taurine and Chromium. The un-denatured whey protein delivers 1000 mg of BCAA's, which together with the Glutamine can protect the muscle from catabolic situations.
